Sweet Little Elizabeth in Trouble!

BIG, big news! We've been stressed about our sweet Elizabeth. She has polyps in her eustacian tubes. She can manage, but they'll grow to the point when she'll not be able to breathe. Her internal medicine specialist recommended a delicate surgery, estimated at $8000-$10,000 per ear. Doing one ear at a time is necessary to avoid her being sedated too long (risky). We are low income, low budget, but if someone needs help, we MANAGE!!

Meanwhile, we've been working with a homeopath of note. There are remedies for polyps, but it's iffy. The first remedy the doctor recommended cleared up the infection in her ear immediately! (the irritation had caused it) but the polyps remained. She then developed nasal congestion, bad, and her regular holistic vet gave her a course of antibiotics. That infection cleared up. At this point we felt that she could survive the surgery, (if congested, sedation is risky)
We have been frantically fundraising. We have $6366.00. Our suporters have been fantastic!! I'm taking the leap of faith that we can (with YOUR HELP!) raise the rest by the time of surgery! Elizabeth goes in Jan. 7 to consult with the surgeon! A huge burden has been lifted! Please give what you can ...large or small, all deductible, all appreciated!! Please click the donate button on our site, www.beeholistic.com.
We can do this! Our Elizabeth is waiting!
This was wrtten December 2025! It's been a long road.  Elizabeth went in for her surgery, and the pre-op
blood work showed something 'off' with her liver values.  They did not feel that she should undergo such an extensive surgery until the liver was normal. They had no idea what was causing her liver values to be off: an ultraound showed no abnormalities...some kind of a parasitic problem was considered...
Elizabeth has been treated since by her homeopath and her primary care doctor. She's also been getting liver (hepatic) support. and acupuncture.  She goes to see her primary care doctor  again on Feb.  10.  We hope that she will be eligible for surgery after a new blood panel!

I'll keep you posted.
